BEST DOLE whip ever! My new favorite place! Ditch Fro Yo and come here instead. The dole whip is low in calories, non fat, does have sugar but a good alternative to ice cream. The custard concretes are amazing and they really load up your topping of choice mixed in. YUM!

The custard is good, but they have adapted to the pandemic poorly. They have dots on the floor for social distancing, but they crowd people together towards the register when taking people's orders to the point of it being shoulder-to-shoulder. It's extremely difficult to communicate through the plexiglass. A lot of miscommunication happens. Lastly, we redeemed our punch cards for quarts, but they only gave us pints.

Sometime in August:I can NOT believe that I haven't written a review after the 10 + times I've been here since moving to the Vegas area in November. I LOVE ice cream, especially thick and creamy Frozen Custard paired with the spike of tart Italian Ice flavors. CJ's is amazingly original and clever with their marketing; pushing forward to success and opening two new locations. Killing it.Thank you CJ's for giving me a place to satisfy my extreme cravings for this frozen treat and providing a cool place to take friends and family to chill.UPDATE: 9/2/19I just want to say CJ’s Italian Ice is the BEST. Secondly Sam, the Manager at the Durango location, is AMAZING and SO SWEET. Thank you for always being there for your loyal fans. May or may not get a CJ’S FOR LIFE tattoo, but ya know, we’ll see.

This place is the best Italian Ice and Custard in town. Last night I had the blue berry crumble. What a great dessert it was. They have so many flavors of Italian Ice. And many different cones from cereal coated, to candy coated, to chocolate dipped. It took me by surprise the choices I had.

Everything I try here is amazing. There’s something for everyone on this menu. Never disappoints

Always great custard. Got the rootbeer float. It was amazing!! They are so busy and must be patient while waiting. Small area. Kids are very busy, which shows in the customer service they can offer. Love this place though. Will always go back.

Totally worth the wait! Been wanting to try it since I found it on IG...we had the bananas foster crunch custard Sunday and it was fantastic!! Cant wait to go back and try other options... The combinations seem endless and exciting!

I really enjoy their delicious desserts. I would say that I treat myself about 1-2 per month. It never disappoints. I wish that the establishments were a little less dingy. Also they have a few sayings on the wall and sidewalks that I do not appreciate at all. I understand that they are fun, but it makes me not enjoy bringing my children with me as much when they are reading "lick me til ice cream" as they walk in.

I was looking for a Rita's equivalent in Las Vegas. CJ's was pretty good

Spicy Sandia is the bomb! A must try! We would love to see the real Superman ice cream from the Midwest featured some time.😉

I pass this place often to/from work so I decided to give it a try on a hot day. There was a very long wait and it did seem like it was pretty slow, even with all the people in line. When I got to the front, they passed me over and took the next order from the party behind me. I had been on my feet ALL DAY at work, and then to make matters worse, they have some sort of bullet proof plastic shielding and you have to practically scream to be heard. As far as the ice cream I had, I had the banana's foster, and after all the hoopla, long wait, and bad service, I can honestly say that I'd rather get a sundae from McDonalds, for less money, and just about the same satisfaction. Expect to pay 5-8 dollars for ONE item and wait 25-30 min. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip after all that.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Always amazing service. The flavors are delicious and there’s tons of different options and combinations to satisfy any craving. I’m pregnant so of course this is one of my favorite places to go! :)

I have not had Italian ice for years. It was so good and they had wild funky flavors. Great staff, and an outstanding quality product. Very family friendly.

I placed a orden to pick up when i go to pick up still have to wait like 40 more minute. I call and this kids is having fun not paying attention to me on the phone ... too bad i reallh like ur ice-cream guys bye... oh i never got my order

SO GOOD!!! It was my first time going but I have seen it all the time heading to my grandmother's place and I have always wanted to go. So, I got a regular mango ice and a spicy sandia. I follow them on Instagram and the spicy sandia seemed to be one of their popular ones so yeah. They even have punch cards, 5 times then of your 6th time, you get it free but it's only for regular items and sizes, no additional toppings or custom flavors.

My first time order from this place. I was impressed I got the root beer Gelato. I got my daughter a pint of cherry gelato. And bought a quart of mango. We both have celiac disease.This is gluten free! Thank you so much . I did order at 630 pm on Uber eats and did not get my order til 8 pm. Well worth the wait! I’m so ready for more! Will have to do this weekly!

Wonderful place and service. I got the banana foster and my boyfriend got the blueberry crumble! It was absolutely amazing. Next time I go back I'm going to try the Italian ice. I highly recommend this place

I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this place. The chamango is amazing and always a go to for my husband. I always get the rice krispy treat and its so simple but so delicious! Their custard is amazing! Their dole whip is great. Customer service could be better but I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Has a few non-dairy options. Dole whip is always good. About a 20 min curbside time during the pandemic.

I understand getting backed up with orders and us ordering a lot. But having people have their orders done before yours because they had less to do is a bit rude, isn't it? Your custard is good but you need to be transparent about your waiting times and who's next in the queue for pickup. Online orders were getting theirs before ours and even cars showing up after we did got theirs.Know better than to order through the phone and just do what everyone else is doing so I don't wait a whole hour and drive across town.

im not givinfa bad review to the place or costumer service! this is a reviews of the ice cream! the italian ice and the ice cream r absolutely horrible! this is an all american place and has nothing to do with italian products! when u say italian ice cream or gelato u know its something amazing, that will make u wanna get more. this ice cream made me trow it away cuz the flavor was so fake, and disgusting (for me and my husband) idk why they have so good reviews but yeah dont bother going there cuz u will get disappointed if u r looking for good ice cream!

This is one of my favorite custard places to visit when I’m in Las Vegas. I use to live in Vegas and I would practically go here each week. The custard with the Italian ice is a great mix. A nice place to just hangout and chill especially when it’s hot out which is all of the time :) I highly recommend this place.

One of if not the best place to get Italian ice and custard. This store out of all the stores that have Italian ice or custard has the most options the most flavors the most unique flavors and the prices are personally Dirt Cheap to me compared to everybody else. The girls working behind the counter are always so nice, they're super sweet they're super fast and they're knowledgeable with whatever you ask them. I would much rather go here then let's say Rita's because Rita's is just expensive and their options are very limited. I go here twice a week after my daughter's swim practice I love it.

Soft-serve style custard dishes and Italian ices in lots of unique flavors. Custard was good. We will definitely be back.

This place is yummy! We go here even during winter season. Summer time it gets busy. Their custards are delicious. The bucket custards are worth getting but pricey. Don’t expect too much about the presentation, it’s nonexistent. You see foodies posting all the time how great it looks, but I never get anything like it.

I'll start this off with stating that I'm not really a dessert person nor am I a custard person. But but but, CJ's definitely among the best dessert spots that I've ever had the pleasure of trying out. Definitely make the trip & check this spot out if you want some sweet treats.

Yummy creamy custard. I've only tried the lemon and Cotton candy ice, and thought even though refreshing not to flavorful, as compared to Rita's, so I'll give them only four stars.

I love this place they have so many flavors to choose from.They even have ice and custard in almost every flavor ready to go to take home. They also makes Incredible floats & sundaes they are open until 9pm

I do love this place but not all the employees are nice.Also the Italian ice is real good there but I gave it only 4 stars because I wish the service could be better.Aswell I wish they open earlier to me 12pm is to late.

First time, I was blown away. Great icecream, friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. Definitely recomend this spot. Drove across town to try it out and it was worth the 25 minute ride.

Fantastic Italian ice and custard place. Some of the wackiest flavors and waffle cones, cinnamon toast crunch, fruity pebbles, you name it. We had a chocolate malt, a Dole Whip(comes with cherries) and something called the Spicy Sandia. Which was nuts! Dole Whip, watermelon ice, tajin, tamarind, watermelon,and strawberry. It was cold,sweet, sour, spicy, and delicious!

I went to this location on Saturday August 8th 2020 with an 8 and 9 year old child. They were served a cup with the Printed Logo of CJ’s Italian Ice. Printed on the cup was Thanks Uncle Dana and then a twitter post from Danawhite which read in print on the cup “ Wasted 45 mins at this SH**HOLE tonight!!!!!Next time I will order Italian ice without the curse words printed on the packaging for the children.

So Good!!! But it was crazy busy the night we came. Not sure if normal, but it was real slow, and the place was messy. Will come back and try again.

It's nice to know that ur business is threatening to tase people if they walk into the stores. I understand times are critical right now but there's no need for threats and mockery of customers. Check the instagrams stories for today.. it's a very good way to lose a lot of customers!!

Clean, friendly staff, delicious ice cream. Custard is delicious and plenty of flavors available to take home.
